HR People are not Understated technical people why?
If they don’t know about working, skills and knowledge…how they are useful for organization..
Even they don’t know how to identify candidates are eligible for the post..!
Only one thing is matter for those people is “negotiation in salary” LoL…
Many way to find identify candidates are eligible Or not
1) Linkedin
2) Asking question Technical knowledge.
3) web images.
4) Activities on social networking and media.
They just enjoy to take interview and make IT people bored…!!
